Since it's a Dell, go to their support site, enter the service tag, and download the driver (if you haven't done so already).Then manually uninstall the driver from the "Device Manager".If you look at the "Driver File Details" it will show you the files and thier location; I would move them to a temporary directory (or just rename them; you may need to bring the laptop up in Safe Mode/Command Prompt in order to rename them).After you've manually removed (renamed) the drivers, uncompress the drivers you've downloaded from the Dell website making sure to note where it extracted to.Reboot your computer and either let Windows try to look for the correct drivers or manually do it.
